Nothing about you is kept here.

Who runs this site.
Starglade Software LLC, the studio that makes TwinGlass. Our mailing address is Starglade Software LLC, 2108 N St Ste N, Sacramento, CA 95816.
-
No cookies, no storage.
The site sets no cookies and keeps nothing in your browser's storage.
-
No analytics, no tracking, no ads.
Nothing on these pages reports what you read, where you click or where you came from, and there are no ads. There's no tracking here to turn off, so the site works the same whether or not your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.
-
Nothing from other companies.
The fonts and drawings are all served from this site, so your browser contacts only this site's host to show you these pages.
-
What the host sees.
Cloudflare Pages hosts this site. Like any host, its servers see your IP address and the page you asked for, because that's how the page gets to you. We don't use it to identify you or follow you around. Cloudflare may keep ordinary server logs for a short time; we add nothing to them.

What TwinGlass does with your data.
TwinGlass reads the Power BI Desktop reports on your PC, and your reports never leave it. TwinGlass isn’t out yet, so it hasn’t sent anything anywhere. Before it ships, this page will say whatever it connects to, such as checking this site for new versions.
-
If you buy.
This page will name who takes payment, and what they collect, before TwinGlass goes on sale. We'll get the order, your email and your country, and use them to send your license and answer you.
-
If you write to us.
Mail to support@twinglass.app goes to our inbox at Google Workspace, Google's email for businesses. We use what you send to answer you, keep the conversation as a record, and delete it if you ask.
-
Your rights.
You can ask what we have from you, and ask us to correct or delete it. If you're in the EU or the UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority. Cloudflare and Google may handle what we have in the United States and other countries.
-
Children.
TwinGlass and this site aren't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly keep anything from them.

The date at the top says so.
